Dubai: A country by the foreigners, of the foreigners, for the foreigners [but not the same foreigners in the three instances]
From fishing village and a local pearl trade center to an important travel junction between Europe and Near and Far East to today’s major business center, Dubai has gone through several transformations.
Today Dubai faces an uncertain economic future, but thanks to the political uncertainty/lack of good political leadership in all the countries across the Persian Gulf, from Iran, Pakistan, to all the way till the end of Indo-China, it is almost certain that Dubai would survive and continue its ascent towards the heavens.
